You're probably wondering, what's a zoodle? Well, zoodle a are spiralized zucchini, that are delicious, quick, and less sinful than pasta. With that being said, zoodles don't lack flavor..well...if you cook them wrong, maybe. Not this recipe.
Creamy Zoodle Carbonara 3 slices bacon 1 medium zucchini, spiralized or julienne peeled to form noodles 1/4 cup frozen peas 1 heaping tbsp cream cheese 1 tbsp milk 1 clove garlic Salt, pepper
Cook bacon until crispy and set aside. Don't drain the pan! Add in cream cheese and once it starts to melt, add in garlic, peas, and milk. Stir until warm and melted. Add in zucchini noodles and coat evenly with sauce. Crack pepper on top, add extra cheese, and cooked bacon (so it stays crisp). Enjoy!
