The past week and a half has been crazy to say the least. Graduations, moving, and a multitude of other events has kept me in Massachusetts and out of my kitchen. Needless to say, it's always a blessing to see my family. I promise that I am back for good..I have many more recipes up my sleeve that I haven't had time to post. Plus, I am exactly 1 month away from my cruise to Sint Maarten, Saint Thomas, and Coco Cay. (AKA I need to eat better). I got my butt to the gym and got a membership for the summer. Crunch time is here.
I inherited a magic bullet yesterday. You'll probably be seeing more smoothies on the blog in the upcoming breakfast posts. For example, I made this delicious smoothie after my workout.
It should be sinful if your protein smoothie tastes like ice cream...
Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie
1 cup coconut water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
handful of frozen raspberries
blend & enjoy!
