Like this recipe, this post will also be quick. I needed an afternoon pick-me up. Not coffee, but something sweet. Something like cookie dough :) This recipe is meant to be eaten straight out of the bowl, don't cook it!
Edible Cookie Dough:
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp sweeter of choice, maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar
3-4 tbsp almond milk, or until it reaches a doughy texture
dash of vanilla extract
dash of salt
as many chocolate chips as you want!
Stir ingredients together in a little bowl and enjoy.
I truly love coconut flour and how versatile it is. Coconut flour tends to have a slightly grainy texture, but I don't mind it! Have a good rest of the day & enjoy the beautiful weather everyone!
